Exhibiting Guidelines:
All exhibit table reservations must be received by April 11, 2008. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Once your reservation is processed, you will receive detailed logistical information about the Exhibit Hall, including shipping information. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipping or logistics before the event.
The Exhibit Hall is a promotional and networking opportunity for organizations involved in media reform, movement building and social change. Items sold in the Exhibit Hall are limited to tangible goods (i.e., shirts, bumper stickers, DVDs, etc.) Exhibitors may not sell food of any kind. Books may only be sold through the official conference book seller and requires special advance coordination. Companies that sell services, hardware and software (i.e., Web services, fundraising tools) are permitted to exhibit on a case-by-case basis. Free Press reserves the right to accept or deny exhibitors on a case-by-case basis. No electoral or partisan political activity is allowed in the Exhibit Hall.

Free Press will receive rights to the ads once they have been submitted.
