[MCP] cultural competence

Steve;
I'm sorry I sent the reply to this comment to  the dissertation on 
capitalism. I could follow it thoroughly.  It  made lots of sense; even the parts 
without citations.(humor) 
I appreciate the clarity.  No, I'm not  trying to be sarcastic nor facetious. 
 I just don't get  intellectuals.  That is not a put down it's the truth.  I 
believe that  citations are great and useful, but I don't feel that someone's 
statements must  be verified or validated by someone else all the time.  When 
someone makes  a statement that is true from their experience, it is offensive 
to tell them  unless someone else or all (people) like you have had this 
experience,  it isn't valid.  
 
I'm trying to figure out the rules since I  wasn't sent any.  If there are 
none then don't make them up for me. Is that  fair/equity?
