[MCP] Promoting Multicultural Education

I think the first step in promoting multiculturalism in schools is to adopt a multicultural teaching philosophy in your own classroom, then use what you are doing to educate others. Honestly, I feel that many teachers do not understand what multicultural education is, nor how it can be used in their classroom.
