Hola!

Do you have any info on "communication style differences," such as what happens when passive/indirect speakers come into contact with direct/expressive speakers?
Glad to see this workshop being offered!!!

I'm in the process of writing an article about "curriculum change/transformation," which will be directed at the president of the Univ. of Kentucky, associated others, and the Lexington community in general.

The communication materials request are not related to that effort, but indeed relevant to classroom discussions with diverse participants.
I have a book by Thomas Kochman, Black and White: Styles in Conflict," but it only compares the styles of middle class whites and poor Blacks, thus re-creating the usual Black-white good/bad dichotomy.

I also attended a two-day workshop at UK back in the mid-90s led by the directors of the Intercultural Communications Institute.
 Thanks,
