[MCP] Multicultural education

I think that in the new york public school system you have children from all
races and nationalities but you do not have a real integrated school system.
Currently, throughout the United States black and hispanic children are
being taught without the partipation of white students. I feel that you can
teach culture by having students exposed to culuture that is not their own.
